Guarantee
All of our switches come with a 12-month product guarantee. If the switch becomes faulty within that period of time, send the product back with proof of purchase to the address below. Once we have received the product we will send a direct replacement. (This guarantee does not include the paint or print upon the switch surround. Care must be taken when operating and fitting the switch to avoid scratching or marking the product.)

Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your new designer light switch, send the unopened product back to us at the address below and we will issue a full product refund.

Safety Information
Our light switches come with complete instructions on how to fit, however if you are not 100% sure please get advice from a qualified electrician as Switchballs cannot be held responsible for any accidents whilst fitting.

UK Customers
These switches are a direct replacement for your existing square light switch, and as such should not require any additional accessories. (However, our switches are slightly larger at 118mm.Please ensure this will fit before purchasing.)

Overseas Customers
Being an overseas customer, you will almost certainly require a new back box to go with your new designer light switch. Please click for further information.

In going through the order process online, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Swtich and Delta in the following currencies £ Sterling, USD and Euro.

Delivery Time
